• At least two years of verifiable OTR tractor-trailer experience

• No “serious” violations (i.e., reckless or careless driving, DUI, driving a commercial vehicle without CDL in drivers possession, etc.) in the past three years

• No more than 2 preventable accidents in the past three years

• No DOT reportable with receiving a citation that related to a fatality in the past three years

• No more than six jobs in the past three years
