TikTok / Social Media Content Marketer

Our main channel is currently Instagram, and we’re now expanding to TikTok and other platforms. We need someone who can create and execute content strategies that work seamlessly across different social media channels.
Job Description
Research and create a TikTok content plan
Execute and film content alongside the team
Coordinate participation of creators or clients when needed
Requirements
Minimum one year of experience in a related field
Receptive and humble when receiving feedback
Strong work ethic and aligned with startup culture
Clear, prompt, and proactive communicator
Experience as a freelancer or business owner is a strong plus
Salary and Setup
Starts with an hourly-based rate; may shift to output-based
Open to part-time or full-time
Flexible work setup—hybrid is possible with strong performance
Training phase will generally be onsite
Everything is negotiable depending on output
