Within IIT, Web Solutions Engineers innovate and develop software-based solutions to solve complex business problems for YouTube or YouTube customers and partners. In this role, you will be passionate about building, guiding and growing an agile team, steering engineers toward a clear vision and goals and celebrating success. You'll demonstrate your passion for automation, scalable solutions and working with large data sets with engineering excellence principles. You will also be a role model and a mentor to the team. Use thought leadership to realize organization-wide technical roadmaps and business priorities. Manage and drive complex technical projects from the planning stage through to execution.
