Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and create job descriptions.
- Source candidates through various platforms, including job boards and social media.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
- Coordinate interviews and maintain communication with both candidates and hiring managers.
- Keep detailed records of candidate progress and recruitment activities.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch and English is essential.
- No previous experience in recruitment is necessary; full training will be provided.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a genuine passion for helping others.
- Familiarity with online recruitment tools and platforms is a plus.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
