Responsibilities

 Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with company objectives.

 Manage recruitment and onboarding processes, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for new hires.

 Administer benefits programs and liaise with external vendors as needed.

 Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with legal requirements.

 Provide guidance on performance management and professional development initiatives.

 Collaborate with management to identify and address organizational needs.

Qualifications

 Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar HR role.

 Strong knowledge of employment legislation and regulations.

 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

 Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.

 Demonstrated experience in talent acquisition and employee development.

 HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP or PHR) is a plus.
