Oracle Recruiting Cloud Integration Specialist - ConsultNet, LLC

About the Role We're seeking an Oracle Recruiting Cloud Integration Specialist to design, build, and maintain integrations between Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) and enterprise systems. This role ensures seamless data flow, system reliability, and a streamlined candidate and recruiter experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain ORC integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), HCM Extracts, BI Publisher, REST/SOAP APIs, and Fast Formulas.
• Implement and support ORC modules, enhancements, and third-party vendor connections (e.g., background checks, job boards, onboarding).
• Troubleshoot issues, ensure data accuracy, and provide timely resolutions.
• Partner with HR, TA, and IT teams to gather requirements and deliver optimized solutions.
• Create technical documentation and ensure compliance with data security standards.

• 3-5+ years of experience with Oracle HCM/ORC integrations.
• Proficiency with OIC, HCM Extracts, BI Publisher, and web services (REST/SOAP).
• Strong knowledge of recruiting workflows and HR technology.
• Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor's degree in IT, HR Tech, or related field (Oracle Cloud certification preferred).
