Role Overview: We are seeking a Marketing Specialist to own and optimize our marketing engine with a strong focus on HubSpot. This role will manage and execute all aspects of HubSpot CRM and Marketing Hub, including automation, workflows, lead capture, reporting, and campaign optimization. As the go-to HubSpot expert, you will ensure seamless marketing execution while supporting business development efforts through advanced automation and strategic reporting.

Location: Fully-Remote (Work from Home), 9 AM - 5 PM EST

Key Responsibilities

HubSpot CRM & Marketing Automation

  • Own and manage the full HubSpot platform, including workflows, email sequences, landing pages, lead scoring, and reporting.

  • Design and implement lead capture, nurturing, and automation strategies to support sales pipelines.

  • Monitor and track key metrics (traffic, conversion rates, MQLs, SQLs) to measure pipeline contribution.

  • Ensure accurate reporting and data integrity across all HubSpot campaigns.

  • Train and support internal teams on HubSpot best practices.

Campaign Optimization & Reporting

  • Continuously analyze and optimize campaigns using HubSpot performance data.

  • Refine workflows and automations to maximize efficiency and lead conversion.

  • Provide leadership with detailed insights and actionable recommendations.

Management & Collaboration

  • Partner with marketing, sales, and product teams to align HubSpot strategies with overall goals.

  • Coordinate with freelance writers, designers, and contractors for campaign execution.

  • Provide executives with clear updates on performance and opportunities for growth.

Social Media Management (Secondary Responsibility)

  • Support posting and management across LinkedIn, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and other platforms.

  • Track and analyze performance metrics, providing data-driven recommendations.

Key Qualifications

Experience & Skills

  • 2+ years of hands-on HubSpot CRM/Marketing Hub experience (automation, workflows, landing pages, reporting).

  • Proven success in optimizing HubSpot campaigns to generate qualified leads.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for content and reporting.

  • Ability to analyze and act on performance insights using HubSpot’s reporting tools.

  • Solid project management skills to organize tasks and meet deadlines.

  • Bonus: experience in social media management across LinkedIn and Meta.
