About the Role

As a Technical Product Management Advisor, you'll serve as the product visionary and subject matter expert on our product's features and capabilities. You'll work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to define product use cases and user journeys, prioritize new product features, and manage the product backlog and roadmap. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring that our products meet the needs of our customers and drive business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and lead product vision development strategies that consider product life cycle and business user needs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define product use cases and user journeys
  • Prioritize new product features to achieve maximum business outcomes
  • Manage product backlog and roadmap
  • Lead and/or facilitate user acceptance testing
  • Maintain and create technical documents and user guides
  • Lead and serve as the face of product demos, keeping in mind the "voice of the customer"
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and provide subject matter expert support
  • Perform product setup, configuration, and support
  • Lead and/or facilitate end-user training
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalency in Product Marketing, Economics, Business, Computer Science/Technologies, or a related field
  • Five to seven (5-7) years' work experience in functions focused on product management, market analysis, or research, or equivalent
  • Superior knowledge of competitive, market, and economic factors affecting product performance and the ability to perform fact-based data analysis
  • Expert communication and presentation skills, quantitative, problem structuring, and solving skills
  • Superior executive presence, human relations, networking, and influencing skills
  • Strong project management and project management leadership experience

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial:

  • Prior experience within a finance role or ideally a product management role in finance
  • Experience in logistics, transportation, accounting, and data architecture
  • Knowledge of Oracle EPM product, Databricks, Azure, PowerBI, and SQL

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
