PeopleSoft Developer - Karwell Technologies Inc
We re looking for a PeopleSoft Developer to join our team and support our fully on-premises PeopleSoft 9.2 environment across HCM and Financials modules. This role is a blend of system maintenance/administration and new development, offering opportunities to design and implement enhancements while supporting critical day-to-day operations.
What You ll Do
- Develop and maintain PeopleSoft applications (PeopleCode, Application Engine, SQR, BI Publisher, Component Interfaces).
- Support and enhance both HCM (HR, Payroll, Benefits) and Financials (GL, AP, AR, Procurement) modules.
- Work with SQL Server to write/debug complex queries and optimize performance.
- Collaborate with business users and IT teams to troubleshoot, design solutions, and implement upgrades/patches.
- Participate in on-call support rotation and assist with production issues.
What We re Looking For
- 5+ years of PeopleSoft development experience, with expertise in v9.2.
- Strong knowledge of PeopleCode, SQR, Integration Broker, BI Publisher.
- Experience with SQL Server and debugging complex SQL.
- Familiarity with HCM and Financials modules.
- Solid understanding of SDLC, Agile practices, and troubleshooting complex issues.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team.
