Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced entry-level data entry specialist to join our remote team. As a key member of our data management team, you'll be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering, updating, and organizing data in our proprietary systems. Key Responsibilities

• Data Entry and Management: Enter and update shipment and package data into FedEx's proprietary systems with a high level of accuracy and efficiency.
• Data Verification: Verify the accuracy of data entered, ensuring adherence to established standards and guidelines.
• Quality Control: Perform quality checks on data to identify and correct any errors or discrepancies.
• Communication and Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to resolve any issues or concerns related to data entry.
• Confidentiality and Security: Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Productivity and Quality: Meet productivity targets and deadlines while maintaining a high standard of quality in data entry tasks.
• Continuous Learning: Participate in training sessions and continuous learning opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge of FedEx's systems and processes.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks.
• Computer Skills: Proficiency in basic computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
• Organizational and Time Management Skills: Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Communication Skills: Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Independence and Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote work environment.
• Previous Experience: Previous experience in data entry or a similar role is preferred but not required.
