About the Role
As the Director of Influencer Marketing, you'll be responsible for leading our influencer marketing department to drive revenue growth, manage a small team, and develop and implement strategies that align with business goals. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to create comprehensive campaign strategies, monitor industry trends, and provide regular reports to senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and scale the influencer budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI
- Lead and mentor the influence team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment, and oversee team growth through hiring initiatives
- Source, secure, and manage influencer partnerships, including contract negotiation and campaign scheduling, ensuring smooth execution and compliance with industry standards
- Lead influencer marketing campaigns from strategy to execution, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and goals
- Develop and implement growth strategies with clear goals, KPIs, and ongoing campaign tracking to measure and optimize success
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create comprehensive campaign strategies that align with broader company objectives
- Monitor industry trends, competitive activity, and emerging platforms to keep the brand at the forefront of influencer marketing
- Develop systems to test new approaches, scale successes, and eliminate underperforming tactics
- Provide regular reports to senior leadership, presenting key metrics, successes, and recommendations for continuous improvement
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 5 years experience or more in influencer marketing
- Demonstrated success in executing influencer campaigns that boost brand visibility, drive engagement, and increase sales
- Deep knowledge of influencer marketing trends, social media platforms, and industry best practices
- Excellent communication skills with a willingness to receive and act on feedback
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Quick learner with the ability to solve problems independently
