Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Full Stack SLP to join our team of dedicated professionals. As a virtual SLP, you will work with students to overcome communication challenges, collaborating with families and educators to develop customized Individualized Education Programs (IEPs). Your expertise will be essential in evaluating speech and language needs, creating tailored IEPs, and delivering therapy to meet individual goals.
Responsibilities
As a Full Stack SLP, your key responsibilities will include:
- Evaluating speech and language needs, creating customized IEPs for student success
- Delivering therapy, tracking progress, and adjusting interventions to meet individual goals
- Working with parents, teachers, and staff to support communication and develop effective strategies for student success
- Performing assessments, documenting progress, and participating in planning sessions to ensure student growth and development
- Championing students, training staff, and staying current with best practices through ongoing professional learning and development
Qualifications and Benefits
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Master's or Doctorate degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
- A current Maryland SLP license
- Maryland teaching certification (preferred)
- ASHA CCC-SLP Certification
