Job Responsibilities

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at The Elite Job, you will be an integral part of our customer-centric team, contributing to our continued success and growth. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Handling inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a professional and courteous manner
  • Providing accurate information to customers about our products, services, and promotions

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • Proven customer service experience, preferably in a similar industry or role

  • Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on business requirements
