Job Summary
We're seeking experienced Remote Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to provide flexible healthcare services to patients in need. As a member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, delivering high-quality care to patients while enjoying the flexibility of remote work.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage low acuity urgent care and primary care cases remotely, providing exceptional patient care and ensuring timely responses to patient inquiries and consultations.
- Provide care to 8-10 urgent care patients per hour, both synchronously and asynchronously, utilizing both synchronous and asynchronous communication platforms effectively.
- Collaborate with a team of healthcare providers, including other NPs/PAs and supervising physicians, to ensure seamless patient care and high-quality outcomes.
- Maintain a professional dress code during virtual consultations, adhering to supervisor agreements and protocols.
- Utilize electronic health record systems to document patient care and communicate with the healthcare team.
- Respond to patient inquiries and consultations promptly, maintaining a response time of 15 minutes or less.
- Adhere to established protocols and guidelines, ensuring high-quality patient care and safety.
Requirements
* Active Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) license in all 50 states in the US.
- Strong clinical skills in primary care or mental health, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Ability to manage a high volume of patients efficiently, averaging 6 patients per hour.
- Comfortable with both synchronous and asynchronous patient care models, with a strong understanding of electronic health record systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to maintaining a high NPS score (80% over 12 months) and low referral rate (Apply To This Job
