Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Flooring Measure Associate to join our team in Bronx, NY. As a key member of our measurement services team, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer service, conducting on-site home measurements, and coordinating installations with our Measurement Services center. Key Responsibilities

• Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by assessing customer needs, communicating with customers, and conducting home measures to ensure accurate and timely completion of projects.
• Measurement Services: Conduct on-site home measurements to ensure accurate and precise data for our customers' projects.
• Drawing Review: Review and edit drawings in our tablet-based system to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Installation Coordination: Coordinate installations with our Measurement Services center to ensure seamless execution of projects.
• Communication: Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management to ensure timely completion of projects and excellent customer satisfaction.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

Essential Qualifications

• Age: Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Work Authorization: Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience: 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role or measurement services environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a retail or home improvement environment.
• Measurement Services Experience: Previous experience in measurement services or a related field.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in tablet-based systems and software, including drawing review and editing.
