Join Our Team as a Part-Time Front Desk Agent!

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Part-Time Front Desk Agent to enhance our team. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service, handling guest interactions, and ensuring seamless check-ins and check-outs. If you excel in communication, have strong telephone etiquette, possess prior experience in front desk or guest service roles, and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, we invite you to apply!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Exhibit a positive attitude, professionalism, and outstanding customer service skills to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Technical Proficiency: Demonstrate proficiency in RDP reservation software and possess strong computer skills.
  • Guest Interactions: Efficiently handle guest check-ins and check-outs, manage guest requests, and provide timely responses to maintenance and housekeeping needs.

Location and Schedule:

Falcon Point Resort is located in Avon, CO, and we offer a flexible schedule with full-time hours, including days, nights, and weekends. As a remote worker, you will have the freedom to work from the comfort of your own home, allowing you to maintain a healthy work-life balance.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Customer Service skills: A strong ability to provide exceptional customer service and handle guest interactions with professionalism and poise.
  • Front desk experience: Prior experience in front desk or guest service roles is preferred, but not required.
  • English fluency: English fluency is required, and Spanish fluency is preferred.
  • Authorization to work in the United States: Must have authorization to work in the United States year-round.
