What You'll Do

• Investigate and Resolve Issues: Investigate aircraft and component problems that could cause delays, cancellations, or significant expenditures, and determine appropriate corrective actions.
• Provide Engineering Support: Offer technical support for the disposition of discrepant conditions affecting aircraft or components to restore them to a serviceable status.

• Develop Action Plans: Create action plans for fleet and component engineering projects and pursue final dispositions according to assessed priorities.
• Coordinate with Departments: Work with other airline departments to ensure the effective and efficient implementation of engineering dispositions.
• Prepare Engineering Documents: Develop customized procedures for repairs, modifications, inspections, or other maintenance actions that align with airline objectives.
