We are seeking experienced customer service representatives to work from home and provide exceptional service to our guests and travel agent partners via phone. As a Customer Service Representative for Carnival Cruise Line, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries related to our cruises, destinations, ship amenities, and other pre-cruise-related travel inquiries. You will also have the opportunity to work with a variety of clients, including travel agents and other industry professionals.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to guests and travel agent partners via phone

  • Handle customer inquiries related to Carnival Cruise Line's cruises, destinations, ship amenities, and other pre-cruise-related travel inquiries
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on Carnival Cruise Line's products and services

Essential Qualifications

* 1+ year of customer service experience in a call center or similar environment

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple customer interactions simultaneously
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Ability to pass a background check and maintain a professional home workspace
