We are seeking an experienced and bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team in Miami, FL, as a Hybrid Remote- Bilingual Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our members and providers, answering inbound calls, and resolving customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.

About the Role

The Customer Service Representative is a critical role that requires a high level of customer service skills, knowledge of health information management (HIM) and/or Release of Information (ROI) systems, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our Spanish-speaking customers, providing them with accurate and timely information about our programs and services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to Customer Inquiries: Answer inbound calls from members and providers, identify, evaluate, and prioritize their needs, questions, and concerns.
  • Provide Timely Resolutions: Formulate plans of resolution and respond appropriately and efficiently to customer inquiries.
  • Maintain Customer Satisfaction: Maintain and restore customer satisfaction by partnering with other teams as needed.
  • Analyze and Resolve Issues: Perform problem analysis, problem determination, and recommended resolutions to callers in accordance with standard protocol.
  • Educate Customers: Proactively educate callers on program benefits and provide accurate information about Sharecare programs and services.
  • Meet Performance Metrics: Meet or exceed established call center metrics, attendance standards, and quality levels.
  • Document Information: Use computer tools to accurately process and document information.
  • Escalate Issues: Escalate issues internally and follow up on escalated issues.

Essential Qualifications

  • High School Diploma: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Customer Service Experience: Prior experience in a customer service-related field is preferred.
  • Great Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential.
  • Multitasking Ability: The ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment is required.
  • Microsoft Office Skills: General working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Outlook is necessary.
  • Computer Proficiency: Computer keyboard proficiency and internet navigation skills are required.
  • Teamwork: The ability to work effectively with others in a team environment is crucial.
  • Adaptability: The ability to thrive in a fast-growing, always-changing environment is essential.
  • COVID-19 Vaccination: COVID-19 vaccination is required.
  • Bilingual: Bilingual in English and Spanish is a must.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Health Information Management (HIM) and/or Release of Information (ROI) Systems: Knowledge of HIM and/or ROI systems is a plus.
  • Previous Experience in a Call Center Environment: Previous experience working in a call center environment is desirable.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work effectively in a team environment, and have the ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic environment. You will also need to be proficient in Microsoft Office and have excellent computer skills.
