The Commitment Analysis Team: Your New Home

The Commitment Analysis team is looking for a Lead Investigation Specialist who will be an outstanding addition to our team. We work closely with various teams across the organization to transform data into information, information into insights, and insights into strategic business decisions that steer the essential course of the company. Key Responsibilities:

• Business Execution Reporting and Representation: Be the primary partner for cross-functional stakeholders to understand the performance of the platform. When a metric is ahead or behind expectations, dive in to drive meaningful, actionable insights that help improve business execution or double down on success.
• Reporting and Tooling Strategy: Lead the team in creating meaningful and consistent metrics and reporting across streaming platforms.
• BI Implementation: Drive reporting for large-scale data, acting as a specialist for professionals in the team and collaborating with Data Engineering and Engineering to design and build performant ETLs, mediator tables, and stunning and fast Scene and Looker dashboards.
• Creation of a Single Source of Truth: Collaborate with our Administration team and unite analysts and stakeholders from across the team to define and normalize the metrics by which we evaluate product performance.
• ETL and Metric Design: Own metric design and creation by defining business requirements, structure, and development, and long-term data scalability.
• Collaboration and Communication: Partner intimately with business stakeholders to identify and understand their needs to drive decisions, and with various data groups to improve platform capabilities around data modeling, testing platforms, data visualization, and data design.

Essential Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or above: In Computer Science, MIS, Statistics, Economics, Math, or a related field.
• Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in data analysis and data visualization tools like Scene, Looker, Chartio, etc.
  • 4+ years of analytical experience, preferably specifically in analysis engineering.
  • Strong SQL skills, with some experience in SparkSQL, Hive, etc.
  • Significant experience with OLAP databases like Snowflake or Redshift.
  • Experience creating and maintaining advanced tables for reporting through ETLs.
  • Project and resource management experience, illustrating targets, and timelines, and coordinating work across multiple stakeholders.
  • Python/R or other statistical programming languages.
• Soft Skills:
  • Extreme drive and enthusiasm for delivering exceptional products.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, as well as written and verbal presentation skills and experience presenting to various audiences.
