Associate Founding Engineer (Full-Stack) (f/m/d)

At Bliro, we’re building the privacy-first, autonomous CRM system for enterprise revenue teams. With deep technical ambition and design precision, we’re changing how businesses capture, analyze, and act on customer touchpoints.

This is not your average entry-level engineering role. You’ll work side-by-side with our CTO and three very experienced Founding Engineers, contributing across web, desktop, and mobile applications — and learning what it takes to build a world-class product from the ground up.

Your Opportunity

As our Associate Founding Engineer, you will:

• Support and Learn: Act as the technical right-hand to our founding engineers. Absorb best practices in full-stack development, system design, cloud infrastructure, and agile product development.

• Build Across the Stack: Contribute to core features across our React Web App, Electron Desktop Client, Swift Mobile App, and two backend services.

• Accelerate Your Growth: Get direct mentorship from senior technical leaders who’ve built systems used by millions. We’ll invest in your learning, not just your output.

• Shape the Product: Be involved in product discussions early. Learn how technical decisions align with user value and business strategy.

• Earn Ownership: As you prove your strengths, you’ll take on more responsibility and help shape our engineering culture.

What We’re Looking For

We care less about years of experience and more about curiosity, drive, and readiness to grow. Ideally, you bring:

Must-Have Competencies

• University degree in Math, Informatics or any adjacent subject

• Solid foundation in TypeScript and modern React

• A growth mindset with demonstrated ability to learn fast and ship reliably

• Demonstratable experience in one or more of: mobile (Swift), desktop (Electron/React), or Web (React/Node.js, REST/WebSockets)

• Comfort working in GitHub-based teams with code reviews and CI pipelines

• Enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced, early-stage environment

Big Bonus

• You are a contributor to open-source or can showcase side projects and extracurricular initiative.
