As we scale into our next phase of growth post-Series A, we’re seeking a dynamic, hands-on VP of Finance to lead all aspects of financial strategy, legal oversight, and operational execution globally.

What You’ll Do

As our VP of Finance, you'll be the financial backbone of the business — providing the insight, oversight, and execution needed to grow with confidence and discipline. You’ll work directly with the CEO and COO, executive team, and board to shape financial strategy while building scalable processes and infrastructure to support global operations.

Your focus will include:

• Strategic finance leadership — Define and own our financial roadmap, from forecasting and scenario planning to unit economics and capital efficiency.

• Build a modern finance team — Lead a forward-thinking finance and legal ops team that embraces innovation and high performance.

• Execution through automation — Streamline and scale core finance operations by embracing automation, AI-powered tooling, and real-time analytics — replacing manual workflows with intelligent systems.

• Cross-border finance operations — Lead finance execution across our legal entities in Estonia, UK, Turkey, and Singapore — overseeing accounting, payroll, tax, treasury, and compliance.

• Legal ownership (non-lawyer) — Manage global legal operations and governance in collaboration with external counsel. Own contract workflows, corporate compliance, and risk management with a pragmatic, business-minded lens.

• Deal desk leadership — Lead and scale our deal desk function to accelerate revenue with structured pricing, contract standardization, and frictionless quote-to-close execution.

• Data-informed decision support — Deliver fast, actionable insight across GTM, product, and R&D through integrated dashboards and modern FP&A practices.

• Fundraising & investor relations — Support future funding rounds, board reporting, and due diligence with clear narratives and robust metrics.

This is a high-impact role where strategic thinking meets hands-on execution. You’ll help drive both financial discipline and operational maturity in a fast-evolving cybersecurity landscape.

This is not a role for traditional finance playbooks. You’ll build a high-impact, low-friction finance engine designed to support a modern, distributed, AI-native business.

What You Bring

Experience & Education

• Proven leadership in finance roles at high-growth SaaS startups (Series A–C preferred).

• Proven track record building lean, automated finance ops and systems from the ground up.

• Strong understanding of multi-entity, cross-border finance operations and reporting.

• Exposure to legal oversight (e.g. sales contracts) with confidence managing counsel and legal workflows.

• Experience leading or supporting deal desk and revenue operations.

• Track record partnering with VCs and supporting fundraising or due diligence processes.

• CPA, ACA, or equivalent qualification preferred.

Skills

• Expertise in financial modelling, planning, and analysis.

• Command of accounting standards, deal structuring, and global compliance environments.

• Strong commercial judgement and operational agility.

• Strong command of SaaS metrics, revenue ops, and financial modelling.
