Retail Media Manager

Reporting to Retail Media Director you will create impact within our Retail Media Team, within the Paid Media Capability You'll contribute in driving media performance and account growth. Your responsibilities will include activation and optimisation, reporting and insights, testing & data analysis, and client communication across complex retail accounts.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

• You will manage and optimize retail media campaigns inclusive of Sponsored Advertising and DSP activations across retail networks (primarily Amazon)
• Ensure accurate and full delivery of client budgets
• Independently completing BAU tasks; including but not exclusive of campaign builds, daily pacing, optimizing, and reporting
• Support the creation of professional client facing documents highlighting clear and actionable performance insights
• Interface with clients through written, phone, and in person communication
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver on campaign goals & objectives
• Stay abreast of new tools, trends, and best practices

• 2-3 years of experience working in retail media, preferably in an agency setting
• Knowledge of sponsored ad & display advertising through Amazon, with experience working in the Ad Console
• Experience working with 3rd party bid management platforms such as SKAI and/or Pacvue is a plus
• Strong track record of managing complex retail media budgets
• Understanding of the retail industry and latest trends
• Advanced Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets) /Google Sheets experience with the ability to produce high-quality documents
• Analytics & Reporting - You'll be a whizz at using data and market insights to inform decisions and develop business strategies.
• Process Improvement - You seek and implement solutions to streamline and automate processes.
• Creative Problem Solving - You generate unique ideas and experiment with new methods and technologies to solve complex issues.
• Team Collaboration - You'll be great at collaborating with team members to achieve common goals, valuing and respecting diverse contributions.
• Problem Solving - When faced with a problem, you collaborate with the appropriate people to evaluate different options find practical solutions.
