What You'll Do:

oConduct outbound prospecting activities to identify and qualify potential leads and opportunities.oResearch and gather information on target accounts and decision-makers using various tools and resources.oInitiate contact with prospects via phone, email, and social media to introduce OnCourse Learning and our solutions.oQualify leads based on specific criteria, such as budget, timeline, and fit with our offerings.oSchedule appointments for the sales team with qualified leads.oCollaborate with sales executives to develop targeted prospecting strategies and messaging.oTrack and manage prospecting activities and outcomes using CRM software.oProvide feedback to the marketing team to help optimize lead generation campaigns and messaging.

What You'll Need to be Successful:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in sales, lead generation, or customer service is preferred but not required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage prospects effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with outbound sales prospecting techniques and best practices is a plus.
