Bits of your job:

• Provide day-to-day support to the Email Marketing Team across ongoing projects and initiatives

• Contribute to online lead generation efforts through targeted email marketing activities

• Take ownership of planning, coordinating, and executing campaigns for multiple small brands

• Continuously monitor and research emerging trends in email marketing, customer retention, and digital marketing

• Design and develop engaging email templates, segmented mailing lists, and high-quality creative assets

• Implement and manage email campaigns targeting both cold and warm audiences

• And other assigned tasks

Requirements

Key expectations:

• Higher education

• Proficient in HTML/CSS and experienced with Email Marketing Platforms (i.e. Ontraport, Maropost, Mailchimp or similar)

• Well-versed in best practices for email marketing, including spam regulations, persuasive copy, structure, CTAs, and A/B testing

• Willingness to learn about email marketing and digital marketing fields

• Strong analytical, detail-oriented, problem-solving & organisational skills

• Time management skills (ability to set priorities and meet deadlines).

• Fluency in Lithuanian and English

Bonus:

• Experience setting up campaigns/journeys on email marketing platforms (i.e. creating rules, setting up A/B testing)

Salary:

1000-1500 €/mon. net

Keep in mind that we are open to discuss a different salary based on your skills and competences.
