As the second Revenue Operations Analyst to join the team, you’ll play a key role in fueling overall company momentum and have direct impacts on building out our Go-To-Market organization. What You’ll Do

We’re looking for a sharp, curious, and proactive Revenue Operations Analyst to play a crucial role in building and scaling the engine behind our fast-growing Go-To-Market team. In this high-impact position, you’ll dive into everything from territory and account planning, sales compensation, marketing operations, systems optimization, order management, and forecasting. You’ll partner cross-functioning with leaders across the company, supporting strategic decisions by providing data driven insights.

  • Assist in forecasting and territory planning analysis.

  • Develop and maintain key performance metrics and dashboards to track revenue performance across sales, marketing, and customer success.

  • Analyze revenue data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas of improvement.

  • Provide actionable insights to senior leadership and business stakeholders to inform decision-making.

  • Support and maintain the integrations of our GTM tools (Salesforce, Outreach, Clay, LeanData, etc).

  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs).

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement operational improvements and efficiencies.

Who You Are

You’re a strategic thinker who thrives on execution. You’ve got a track record of designing and implementing processes that drive efficiency and scale. You bring strong expertise in Salesforce and other GTM tools, and you know how to leverage them to support a high-performing revenue organization.

  • 4+ years of experience as a revenue operations analyst, sales operations analyst, or similar roles.

  • Strong proficiency in Salesforce, Excel, and experience with other GTM systems.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

  • Strong understanding of sales processes and the overall revenue lifecycle.

  • Experience in a similar role within the SaaS industry is a huge plus.

  • Ability to work from our San Francisco office 3 days a week (Tues-Thurs).

Compensation

The base range for this position is $130,000 - $150,000 annually + generous equity. Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as level, position-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
