The Role

Your mission

GotPhoto is looking for an enthusiastic Product Manager to join one of our Product Team in Berlin to ensure the continuous improvement of our online shop experience and the conversion of sales for our photographers.

Our business is growing and so is our team: we will have around 200 employees, distributed across 5 countries, by the end of 2025.

As we grow and expand, we recognize the need for a dedicated Product Manager to join our team and push our e-commerce experience to the next level. This role will support our e-commerce strategy, providing hands-on execution and pragmatic problem-solving.

This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to level up their practical and strategic Product Manager skills.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of our online shop in close collaboration with an engineering manager and a product designer

• Contribute and drive x-functional discussions, planning, and alignment

• Drive product initiatives, expanding functionality and use cases, optimizing customer journey, and conversion paths

• Drive growth along our e-commerce playbook

• Define hypotheses, outcomes, and KPIs to measure success and iterate accordingly

We are looking for:

• At least 2 years of e-commerce product management experience, preferably in a scale-up

• Familiarity with e-commerce fundamentals such as checkout flows, upselling, and multi-customer use cases

• Solid skills in product discovery, guiding delivery, A/B testing, and agile methodologies/tools

• Experience working in a structured product development environment with proven results

• Comfortable navigating uncertainty and ambiguity with confidence to input product perspective into tech improvement
