About the Role and Responsibilities

As an Experienced Sales Assistant – Part-Time Retail Professional, you will be responsible for:

• Providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
• Educating customers about the latest Sony products, features, and benefits to ensure they find the perfect solution for their needs.
• Driving sales growth by identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products, and providing recommendations to customers.
• Working collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets and meet customer needs.
• Participating in sales training and development programs to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
• Providing feedback and insights to the sales team and management to improve customer experiences and sales performance.

• A competitive salary with a bonus of up to 25% OTE (On-Target Earnings).
• In-store hours of 3 days a week (Friday 10:00 – 19:00, Saturday 09:00 – 18:00, Sunday 10:30 – 16:30) to accommodate students, parents, and carers.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Able to build strong relationships with customers and provide exceptional customer service.
• Confidence and ambition to drive sales growth and meet customer needs.
• A passion for retail and delivering the highest standard of customer service to our loyal customers.
• A background in retail experience, with sales experience desirable but not essential (full training is provided).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
