About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Part-Time Retail Security Officer to join our team. As a Security Officer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and security of our clients' properties, including commercial real estate, healthcare, education, government, and more. Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to our clients by carrying out safety and security procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, ensuring the safety and security of clients, employees, and visitors.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter, adapting to varying working environments and conditions.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless security operations, sharing knowledge and best practices to enhance overall security performance.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.

Minimum Requirements

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you must meet the following minimum requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience in a related field.
• Pass a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws, as a condition of employment.
• Pass a drug screen to the extent permitted by law, as a condition of employment.
• Meet licensing requirements, as applicable, under state and/or local laws and regulations.
• Hold a valid driver's license for driving positions only.
