Responsibilities

As an Experienced Remote Customer Service Representative, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Answering phone calls and responding to inquiries from clients and their families
  • Providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues, and addressing concerns in a friendly and professional manner
  • Entering data into multiple online systems, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
  • Collaborating with our team to resolve complex issues and provide comprehensive support
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
  • Maintaining a quiet, distraction-free home office with a PC or MAC and high-speed internet

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess:

  • A minimum of 5 years of fast-paced office experience
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience at one company in your work history
  • Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues
  • A friendly, outgoing, and confident personality that shines every time you answer the phone
  • Good technical skills, with the ability to navigate multiple online systems and software
  • Patience and understanding when working with the 65+ age demographic
  • Ability to thrive and stay organized in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, experience in the following areas is highly desirable:

  • Fast-paced doctors' offices
  • Fast-paced small insurance companies
  • Customer service experience in a Medicare insurance agency or related field

Work Environment

As a remote customer service representative, you'll work from the comfort of your own home office, with the flexibility to work in a quiet, distraction-free environment. Our team works collaboratively through video chat, allowing us to communicate quickly and effectively with each other. This remote position offers the same experience as working in an office, without the commute.

Training and Development

All training will be provided on-the-job, with a comprehensive onboarding program to ensure your success. You'll receive ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.

As a full-time W-2 employee, you'll enjoy the following benefits:

  • Competitive salary of $40,000 per year
  • On-the-job training and development opportunities
  • Paid time off (PTO) starting at 2 hours per pay period, increasing to 40 hours per year after one year of service, 80 hours per year after three years of service, 120 hours per year after six years of service, and 160 hours per year after ten years of service
