Key Responsibilities

• Provide inbound customer support via phone and/or internet in the customer's preferred language (French or English)
• Assist customers in resolving basic technical issues related to products and/or services
• Track, document, and retrieve information in databases
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of client products and/or services, including smartphones, tablets, computers, and wearables
• Offer additional products and/or services to customers
• Deliver expert customer experiences with a positive attitude

Essential Qualifications

• Fluency in both French and English
• 1+ year of customer service experience
• High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
• A quiet and distraction-free home work environment
• Strong computer navigation skills and knowledge
• Ability to multitask efficiently
• Desire to learn new technologies
• Access to a desktop or laptop for PC and internet testing
• High-speed internet connection (not wireless/hotspots or satellite) and a smartphone

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with iOS and/or MacOS, or comparable technology
• Previous experience in a similar customer service role
