Job Summary

As a Remote Customer Service/Data Entry Representative, you will be responsible for providing a wide range of administrative and staff support services to our Claims Coordination Team. This is a remote position, and we will provide you with the necessary equipment to perform your duties. You will be working independently, but you will be part of a dynamic team that is passionate about delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities

* Primary data entry of claims information into our claims management systems

  • Follow up on missing information to process claims efficiently
  • Review invoices to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Compile reports from systems with claims information to provide insights and analysis
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal stakeholders
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve issues and improve processes
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent

  • 6 months to 1 year of work experience in a related field
  • Basic computer and typing skills (at least 40 wpm)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in data entry, customer service, or a related field

  • Knowledge of claims management systems and processes
  • Certification in a related field (e.g., customer service, data entry)
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
