About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Remote Sales Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be a crucial link between our sales team and our customers, providing essential support to ensure a smooth and efficient sales process. This position requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administrative Support:
    • Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, including preparing sales proposals, contracts, and presentations.
    • Manage and update customer information and sales data in the CRM system.
    • Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments for the sales team.
  • Client Communication:
    • Serve as a point of contact for customer inquiries related to sales, product availability, and order status.
    • Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback.
  • Process Management:
    • Track and monitor sales orders from creation to delivery, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
    • Collaborate with other departments, such as logistics and accounting, to resolve any issues that may arise during the sales cycle.
    • Generate and analyze sales reports to help the team identify trends and opportunities.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Proven experience in a sales support, administrative, or customer service role.
  • Strong proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote setting.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is a plus.
