We’re building an all-star team and looking for Bartenders, Head Bartenders, Barbacks, Door Staff, Lottery Sales Reps, DJs, Karaoke Hosts, and more to bring energy and excitement to our nightlife scene. What You’ll Be Doing:

• Keep the Bar Running Smoothly – Manage inventory, order supplies, and maintain a clean, organized bar.

• Lead the Team – Train and motivate staff on service standards, product knowledge, and safety.

• Drive the Vibe – Create innovative strategies to boost sales and enhance the customer experience.

• Ensure Top-Notch Service – Work closely with the kitchen team to deliver seamless food and beverage service.

• Keep It Safe – Maintain compliance with all health and safety regulations.

What You Bring to the Table:

• Proven experience in bar management, ideally in a fast-paced or casual dining setting.

• Strong knowledge of drinks, food service, cash handling, and shift management.

• Excellent leadership and communication skills.

• Ability to multitask and stay cool under pressure.

• Certification in food safety and responsible alcohol service is a plus.

Pay: $40,020.00 - $70,281.00 per year

Expected hours: 10 – 50 per week
