  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve member issues and improve overall service delivery

Essential Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, such as call centers, retail, or hospitality
  • Proficiency in Windows-based applications and computer systems
