Key Responsibilities

• Apply advanced analytical methods (data mining, data visualization, statistical analysis, machine learning) to large-scale, high-dimensional data to drive business decisions

• Predict content engagement to inform acquisition decisions
• Optimize content launch and episode release strategies
• Test marketing strategies to improve engagement and retention
• Develop new metrics and KPIs to measure content performance for both tactical and strategic guidance
• Provide ad-hoc analytical support to stakeholders to drive business forward
• Effectively communicate meaningful results through compelling data storytelling across the organization

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A Bachelor's degree in Math, Statistics, Operations Research, Computer Science, or a related field
• At least 3 years of experience in Data Analysis
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with R and/or Python
• Experience with statistical analysis and machine learning techniques (decision trees, regression, clustering, etc.)
