We're responsible for the end-to-end digital and physical Guest and Cast experience across various lines of business, including Attractions & Entertainment, Food & Beverage, Resorts & Transportation, PhotoPass, and Merchandise.

We're now seeking an experienced Manager, Product Management to join our team, leading the product management efforts for the Disney Cruise Line Navigator app and website. As a key leader on our product team, you'll play a vital role in shaping the Guest journey and driving business success through technology and data-driven strategies.

About the Role

Reporting to a Senior Manager, you'll lead a team of product managers and be responsible for defining product strategies, creating outcome-based roadmaps, and developing requirements. You'll work closely with external vendor teams, business and technology leadership, and cross-functional teams to drive commercial strategies and deliver successful products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of product managers in defining product strategies, creating outcome-based roadmaps, and developing requirements.
  • Manage external vendor teams to deliver products, ensuring timely and successful completion.
  • Provide regular product and scorecard updates to business and technology leadership.
  • Negotiate through blockers and collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish commercial strategies using technology and data.
  • Serve as part of a squad on larger projects, assisting with their successful completion.
  • Coach, mentor, and educate team members, handling conflict management and negotiations as needed.

Essential Qualifications & Skills

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 8+ years of combined business and digital experience, with 2+ years of experience leading product development life-cycles.
  • Experience leading small to medium digital and technology projects, including evaluating and improving estimates, scope, and plans.
  • A strong understanding of technical, user, and business issues in a digital organization.
  • The ability to identify and articulate the impact of the latest industry trends.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work across large matrixed organizations.
  • Experience with Agile software development methodology.
  • A Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent work experience.
