Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and provide access to our card members upon arrival at the gathering
• Take ownership and responsibility for the client's experience from start to finish
• Develop creative solutions to resolve clients' issues or concerns, fostering brand loyalty and creating loyal advocates
• Utilize the Client's First philosophy in addressing clients' needs and expectations
• Provide concierge and lifestyle suggestions, travel advice, and minimal reservation assistance
• Collaborate with our food and beverage lounge partners to accommodate the needs of our card members

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A minimum of 1-year recent experience serving premium clients
• Airline, lounge, or travel industry experience, including reservation experience
• A passion for serving clients with proactive solutions
• Excellent interpersonal skills, charming clients with every interaction
• The ability to listen to clients' needs, proposing tailored suggestions that result in high satisfaction
