Job Summary

As a Customer Service Associate at blithequark, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service, resolving issues, and promoting our products and services. You will work closely with our team to create a welcoming and inclusive environment that meets the needs of our customers. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues and answering questions in a timely and professional manner

• Register sales on assigned sales register, collect cash, and process voids, returns, and exchanges
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including counters, shelves, and stockrooms
• Develop and maintain displays, including seasonal and promotional displays
• Assist with the separation of food items and product placement as determined by strategies and systems
• Provide customer assistance in the photo area, including digital ID photo services and banner print and creative machine
• Take on web pick-up responsibilities, including screening orders and processing requests
• Assist with outside and inside maintenance by ensuring a clean, neat, and well-organized store environment
• Conform to all company policies and procedures, maintaining respectful relationships with colleagues
• Complete special tasks and other assignments as directed

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekend hours
• Basic knowledge of store systems and equipment
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time

Preferred Qualifications

* 6 months of experience in a retail environment

• Previous experience working with blithequark
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
• Basic knowledge of store systems and equipment
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time
