Job Summary

As an Experienced Data Analyst at blithequark, you'll play a critical role in analyzing complex data sets, developing reporting solutions, and presenting insights to stakeholders. You'll work closely with internal clients and cross-functional teams to design and develop reporting solutions, analyze data, and identify trends and patterns. Your expertise will help inform business decisions, drive growth, and improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

* Collaborate with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to design and develop reporting solutions, analytic research, and packages to meet business needs

• Develop, validate, and execute complex queries, develop complex reports, and perform complex data analysis to answer business questions for internal clients; translate results and make recommendations to business areas based on findings
• Design and develop packages for internal clients
• Evaluate data needs of assigned projects, assure data integrity and suitability, and determine data series methods, metrics definitions, and assessment methods
• Turn data into actionable insights through reporting solutions
• Troubleshoot technical issues
• Present analysis and reports to internal clients and stakeholders

Essential Qualifications

* 2-4+ years of experience in most of the following: + Experience with Microsoft Access (manipulating forms, tables, queries, etc.), Excel, Visual Basic for Applications + Experience with reporting platform – SQL Server Integrated Services (SSIS) + Development Programming Languages / Knowledge / Experience – ASP.NET, C#, JavaScript + Development Database Languages / Knowledge / Experience – Transact SQL + Database Knowledge / Experience – MS SQL Server

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent related work experience

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with reporting platform – WEBI (SAP BI Launchpad)

• Knowledge of blithequark systems, databases, and underlying data structures (e.g., ACAS, HMO, HRP, etc.)
• Database Knowledge / Experience – Hadoop, Oracle
• Development Database Languages / Knowledge / Experience – Oracle PLSQL
• Crystal Reporting experience preferred
