Job Summary

  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and technical information to provide accurate and timely support to customers.
  • Meet performance targets and adhere to quality standards in customer service.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and improve customer service processes.

Skills and Qualifications

* Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a remote setting.
