Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Associate, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our passengers, both in person and over the phone. Your key responsibilities will include:

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in customer support or a related field, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service
  • Motivated and reliable individual with a strong work ethic, able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to changing situations and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong planning and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Ability to work collaboratively with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve business objectives
