About the Position

• Sales Calls: Join sales calls as the expert, answering technical questions about deductions and compliance, and demonstrating how SupplyPike can effectively resolve these issues for potential customers.
• Product Guidance: Advise the Product team on feature prioritization based on real-world deductions challenges and customer feedback.
• Marketing Insights: Offer insights to help the Marketing team develop relevant content that resonates with our audience.
• Quarterly Business Reviews: Provide expertise during quarterly business reviews to resolve deductions-related challenges faced by our customers.
• Industry Trends: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments through professional networks and conferences, sharing insights internally to enhance our offerings.

Requirements:

Essential Qualifications:

• Experience: 5+ years of direct experience working with retail deductions and compliance programs, preferably in a supplier or retail environment.
• Education: Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university, preferably in Business, Finance, or Supply Chain.
• Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex issues for customers.
• Time Management: Strong time management skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
