Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Passenger Care Agent at blithequark, your primary focus will be on delivering exceptional customer service through web form responses. Your duties will include:

  • Reviewing customer requests and inquiries to understand their needs and concerns.
  • Investigating card activity and other relevant information to resolve customer issues efficiently.
  • Responding to customers in a professional, courteous, and timely manner, ensuring their issues are addressed and resolved to their satisfaction.
  • Maintaining a thorough understanding of blithequark's products and services to provide accurate and helpful information to customers.
  • Collaborating with internal teams as necessary to resolve complex customer issues or concerns.

Essential Qualifications and Skills

To excel as a Customer Service Passenger Care Agent at blithequark, you'll need:

Minimum Requirements

  • Experience in Account Management, financial services, Call Center operations, or Customer Service roles. Knowledge of ORCA (One Regional Card for All) is a plus.
  • Proven ability to handle customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to investigate and resolve customer complaints effectively.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a high volume of customer interactions.
  • Familiarity with customer service software and technology, including web form management systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt tone and style to suit different customer needs.

Compensation and Benefits
