Requirements:

• At least 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or call center role

• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional and pleasant phone demeanor

• Proficient with basic computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly

• Flexibility to work in a remote, home-based environment

• Reliable internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free workspace

Working Conditions:
