Responsibilities

As an Experienced Remote Customer Service Representative, you will play a critical role in providing direction and support to operations associates and new business start-ups. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Establishing and maintaining positive relationships with customers through proactive communication, empathy, and a customer-centric approach
  • Interacting with and supporting other departments to ensure seamless collaboration and effective issue resolution
  • Working closely with the leadership team to monitor and manage equipment utilization, identify growth opportunities, and provide input into the development and management of customers' accounts
  • Identifying and capitalizing on growth opportunities to drive business expansion and revenue growth
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvements and best practices

Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
  • Two plus years of customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Leadership experience, with a strong ability to motivate and guide teams
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and solutions in a clear and concise manner
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing circumstances in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to collaboration and teamwork

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

  • Experience working in the moving and relocation industry
  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software and systems
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
