Responsibilities
As an Experienced Remote Customer Service Representative, you will play a critical role in providing direction and support to operations associates and new business start-ups. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Establishing and maintaining positive relationships with customers through proactive communication, empathy, and a customer-centric approach
- Interacting with and supporting other departments to ensure seamless collaboration and effective issue resolution
- Working closely with the leadership team to monitor and manage equipment utilization, identify growth opportunities, and provide input into the development and management of customers' accounts
- Identifying and capitalizing on growth opportunities to drive business expansion and revenue growth
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvements and best practices
Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
- Two plus years of customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Leadership experience, with a strong ability to motivate and guide teams
- Strong written and oral communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and solutions in a clear and concise manner
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing circumstances in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications
