About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers with booking flights, managing reservations, and answering general inquiries.
- Provide support through phone, email, and chat.
- Handle changes, cancellations, and ticketing requests with accuracy.
- Deliver friendly, professional, and efficient service at all times.
- Troubleshoot common issues and escalate when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred but not required).
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable using computers, email, and online systems.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required.
