Job Summary We are seeking a knowledgeable and enthusiastic Cannabis Budtender to join our team. Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide them with knowledgeable assistance regarding cannabis products.
- Educate customers on various strains, consumption methods, and product effects to facilitate informed purchasing decisions.
- Process transactions accurately using cash handling techniques and cash registers.
- Maintain an organized and well-stocked display of products, ensuring shelves are replenished as needed.
- Upsell products by understanding customer preferences and recommending complementary items.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Adhere to all state regulations and company policies regarding the sale of cannabis products.
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization within the dispensary.
Experience
- Previous experience in retail sales is preferred, particularly in environments involving cash handling and customer service.
- Familiarity with retail math and basic math skills is essential for accurate transaction processing.
- Strong communication skills are necessary for effectively engaging with customers and providing product knowledge.
- A collaborative mindset is important for working effectively within a team-oriented environment.
