Job Type and Working Hours

This is a part-time, remote position with evening working hours, approximately 4 PM – 9 PM (20-25 hours per week). As a remote employee, you will have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home, as long as you have a high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing accurate and helpful information.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner, escalating complex issues to appropriate departments as needed.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and update information as needed, ensuring that customer data is up-to-date and easily accessible.
  • Provide product and service information to customers, addressing their questions and concerns in a clear and concise manner.
  • Conduct follow-ups to ensure customer issues are resolved, and provide additional support as needed.
  • Assist with other customer service tasks as needed, including team meetings and training sessions.

Essential Qualifications

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and team members.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to analyze issues, identify solutions, and implement effective resolutions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of self-motivation and discipline.
  • Proficiency in using customer service software and tools, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems and technologies.
  • High-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace, with the ability to work in a remote environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in a remote or call center environment.
  • Some college coursework or a degree in a related field, such as business, communications, or customer service.
  • Experience with CRM software, ticketing systems, or other customer service tools.
