Role Summary
As an Experienced Support Specialist at blithequark, you will play a pivotal role in providing support and services to children and families who have found permanency, whether through reintegration, adoption, custodianship/guardianship, or as aged-out youth. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve:
- Empowering families and children by connecting them with the right community resources
- Advocating on their behalf to ensure their needs are met
- Assisting them in sustaining their achievements independently
- Collaborating with our team to develop and implement effective support plans
- Providing emotional support and guidance to families and children in need
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and progress

Essential Qualifications

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications

Compensation
The average hourly compensation for this role is $19.06, which includes wages, incentives, bonuses, overtime, shift differentials, and more.
